Risk Assessment & Management Services
Our security personnel in risk assessment and management services have vast experience managing a variety of security risk. We co-create with our customers, solutions that deliver exceptional value and long term satisfaction. Our expert will provide effective advice in the areas among which include:
- Industrial security management such as through threat assessment to eliminate strike.
- Formulation of security plans and organisational security and procedures.
- Judicious integration of men and machines for the provision of a cost effective security plan.
- Preparation of Standing Orders.
Our Hiring Procedure:
IBIS prides itself on high quality well maintained staff. IBIS has a very extensive process for selecting our guards.
- Applicants are screened to determine if the applicant meets general guardian requirement.
- Those who meet our general requirement are offered a standard application and are given an initial interview by our Human Resources Team.
- Applicants are given an aptitude test to access various skills including a report writing assessment.
- Applicants who passed our assessment will go through additional interview before being they are deployed to guard duty.
- All security guards are trained above and beyond the requirement of the Ministry of Home Affairs.
